We only facilitate loan enquiries by connecting applicants with authorized Banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
Loan approval depends on:
- Credit score
- Income
- Documentation
- Eligibility
- Internal verification
- Lender policies
Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval or loan disbursement.
Interest rates, processing fees charged by lenders, EMI, tenure, and other loan terms are decided solely by the respective lender.
LoanSeva is not responsible for any lending decision made by Banks or NBFCs.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Any service or convenience fee, if charged by LoanSeva for processing or administrative purposes, is non-refundable once the application has been submitted and processing has begun.
No refund will be provided in cases including but not limited to:
- Loan rejection
- Customer withdrawal after submission
- Incomplete documentation
- Failure to meet lender eligibility
- Delay caused by the lender
If any refund is legally required or approved by LoanSeva, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
- Consent Declaration
By clicking “Submit”, “Apply Now”, or any similar button on the LoanSeva website, you confirm that:
- The information provided by you is true and correct.
- You voluntarily submit your details for loan processing.
- You authorize LoanSeva to contact you through Phone Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or other communication channels regarding your application.
- You authorize LoanSeva to share your information with Banks, NBFCs, Corporate DSAs, verification agencies, and authorized lending partners for evaluating and processing your loan request.
- You understand that loan approval is solely at the discretion of the lender.
- You agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and all applicable legal policies available on the website.
